Bin Al Sheikh Tower is a modern residential high-rise development located in Doha, Qatar, designed to deliver contemporary urban living through advanced architectural design and high-performance building materials.
Altech was responsible for the complete façade package, including the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminium curtain wall systems, aluminium doors, and energy-efficient window systems. The project required precise engineering and high-quality aluminium glazing solutions to ensure durability, structural integrity, and long-term performance in Qatar’s demanding climate.
Our team implemented advanced curtain wall façade systems in Qatar that enhance the visual identity of the building while improving energy efficiency and maximizing natural daylight across residential floors. The aluminium door and window systems were carefully engineered to provide superior thermal insulation, acoustic performance, and long-lasting durability.
Working in close coordination with the main contractor Al Jaber Trading & Contracting, Altech successfully delivered the façade works for the 5 basement levels, ground floor, 20 residential floors, and penthouse structure. Each component of the aluminium façade system was installed with strict quality control to meet international construction standards.
The completed façade not only enhances the tower’s architectural appearance but also supports modern residential comfort through improved ventilation, daylight optimization, and climate-resistant glazing technologies.
